    Natalie has a background in marketing, fundraising and management in the non-profit and corporate sectors, most recently working in the youth services field where she managed projects including a sustainable funding strategy, a re-branding strategy and a feasibility study for a service expansion. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Social Science (public policy & research/public relations) and is in the process of completing a Graduate Diploma in Organisation Dynamics. Natalie is passionate about the non-profit sector’s capacity to innovate and lead the way in best practice management standards.

(In an attempt to begin her career as a ‘collector’ Emma recently began collecting teaspoons. Mostly sourced [sadly] from Op-shops and the occasional road trip to nowhere. )

He is a Board member of an established Melbourne based NFP organisation and Secretary of men’s community group in Victoria. Eddie holds qualifications in business & finance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

    Kerry has sound experience working in the non-profit sector and is passionate about the effectiveness of community sector organisations. She has spent the last three years with Oxfam Australia, where she worked across a range of financial management issues including compliance, budgeting, and financial literacy. Prior to this, Kerry worked with a state government treasury department gaining experience in financial and economic analysis. She also has some years experience working with small non-profit community organisations in a financial capacity, both as a member of staff and board/management committee. She believes that strong financial systems and high levels of financial literacy are essential to enable non profit organisations to achieve their goals. Kerry holds a bachelors degree in Applied Science Social Ecology, majoring in Community Development and Organisational Change, as well as a Master of Professional Accounting degree, and is currently undertaking the CPA Program.
